Struggling to find clarity?
Introducing The Clarity Collective, an intimate group coaching program for working moms
I have some big news to share!
I’ve listened to you. For the past several months, I’ve been working on an exciting new coaching program, custom-designed to meet the unique needs of working moms. Starting today, you can register for The Clarity Collective, a three month online coaching community launching on September 6 . This program offers relevant content, while leveraging the experience and expertise of fellow professional mamas—all at an approachable price point.
Tell me more!
The market is inundated with workshops, conferences, and coaching programs targeted specifically at women leaders. I knew that if I was going to offer a group program, I wanted to create something significantly different than what already existed.
See, the vast majority of professional development programs are focused on a short-term goals:
“Communicate with power!”
“Be an inspirational leader!”
“Beat imposter syndrome!”
And while there's no doubt that this kind of skill development can be useful, it's often not enough.
Because here’s the truth:
A negotiation workshop isn’t going to help you decide what you want to ask for.
Better communication skills are moot if you don’t know the core messages you’re trying to convey.
You can’t inspire others if you don’t have a clear sense of your own values.
And you can’t authentically believe in your own competence until you confront the beliefs that are holding you back.
So many working moms that I talk to feel like they’re living their lives on autopilot or in a constant state of reactivity. They’re overwhelmed, spread thin, and often don’t have time to consider what it is they actually want. These women want to feel more intentional, balanced, proactive, present, at peace and in control in their lives as working moms. In the haze of motherhood, they’re looking for some clarity.
Every other week, for 6 weeks, we will meet for a 90 minute live video call. The highly interactive program is grounded in insights from the fields of psychology and organizational behavior, and each session includes a mix of facilitated dialogue, structured exercises, targeted coaching, and peer interaction to engage participants in active learning.
At the heart of the program is the coaching community. You will connect with a small group of other working moms facing similar challenges. As a group, we will leverage each others’ experience, wisdom, and skills to maximize collective growth and development. My hope is that every participant will form meaningful relationships that will last beyond the duration of the program.
The Clarity Collective kicks off with a 30-minute individual coaching call with me. We’ll get to know each other and I’ll help you hone in on your core goals for the program.
Starting in September, we will cover the following topics:
Session 1: Become a Values-Based Leader
Connect with your core values and develop greater conviction when managing competing priorities.
Session 2: Challenge Limiting Beliefs and Narratives
Identify beliefs about professionalism, motherhood, and working parenthood that are holding you back and replace them with more nuanced and balanced ones.
Session 3: Tackle Perfectionism and Guilt
Quiet your inner critic and approach uncomfortable feelings with self-compassion and psychological flexibility.
Session 4: Set and Maintain Healthy Boundaries
Set, communicate, and enforce boundaries with confidence so that you stay aligned with your values and purpose.
Session 5: Embrace an Empowered Mindset
Authentically appreciate the ways in which your professional and parenting roles enhance each other and adopt perspectives that serve your success.
Session 6: Clarify Your Leadership Vision
Experience a greater sense of agency in your own life by articulating an intentional blueprint for your life as a working mom, guided by your core values, priorities, and strengths.
Sessions will run via videoconference on Wednesdays from 1-2:30pm EST on the following dates:
Participants will be expected to complete approximately 30 minutes of guided pre-work ahead of each session. These exercises will maximize your learning and provide rich context for the group discussion.
The program costs $1600, but I am offering a special early bird price of $1250 (or three monthly installments of $420) through August 23.
